l u c e m november the last rays of sunlight drift through dusty windows. we are resetting; we are surviving. in the midst of wind- swept Sundays and fatigued Mondays, we find ourselves heart-full, a- drift in our own words and ways until the snow falls and the sky opens up to us, dear, again. this month i'm attempting to focus on slow-living, on making time to dream and daydream and create, on finding the magic in the things i had forgotten, on letting myself move from one task to the next with space into between, with much more care for myself. what are your goals for the month, creative or otherwise? email me back and let me know what you're up to (: h a p p e n i n g s the poet will be reading from peeling the yellow wallpaper in a deeply bewitching night of poetry at A Novel Idea in East Passayunk. register here with a $5 suggested donation!
